The external chamber consists of an external chamber vessel that is mounted laterally to a vessel using at least 2 process connections (flange, thread or weld stub). Through this type of arrangement, the level in tha external chamber corresponds to the level in the vessel. The level is measured by a measuring instrument inserted additionally in the external chamber.
Primarily used for accuracy of flow measurement in steam pipelines. They provide an interface between the vapour phase and the condensed phase in the impulse lines. The condensate pots are available in a range of materials and have been designed in accordance with ASME. Installation can be either vertical or horizontal lines between the primary (Flow Meter) or the secondary (transmitter/ gauge) to act as a barrier to the line fluid permitting direct sensing of the flow conditions.

Sight flow indicators provide a window into piping. The process flow stream can be monitored by observation through the glass window. Types include Double window plain, Double window rotary, double window flapper, Double window Drip tube and Full view. Special mechanisms can be mounted in most sight flow indicator models to enhance visibility when observing a liquid. Different material options available based on customer requirements.
Calibration Pots provide an extremely accurate reading of the pumps output for a wide range of flow rates. The gauge is installed between the suction side of the pump and the storage tank. The flow rate is checked by closing the valve between the tank and gauge and observing the liquid level change in the calibrated scale. Different material options available with cylinder available in shielded glass/acrylic.
Sampling cylinders are manufactured to stringent specifications to provide long performance and safety. The cylinders are fabricated from seamless tubing with increased wall thickness in the threaded area which prevents expansion when valves are installed. Completely formed ends maximize strength and eliminate potential leak paths. Internal sandblasting smooth surface imperfections and removes foreign particles. Cylinders are hydrostatically proof tested at 1.5 times the design pressure.

A mechanical device used in the chemical injection process used across many industries, as an interface equipment between the feed line and the process pipeline.
