Differential pressure gauges with single diaphragm instrments are used to check differential pressures of liquids which do not have high viscosity and do not crystalize. It is available in dry & liquid versions he sensing element is diaphragm.
Double Diaphragm Pressure Gauge are based on the proven Bourdon tube measuring system. On pressurization, the deflection of the Bourdon tube, proportional to the incident pressure, is transmitted to the movement via a link and indicated. These instruments are used to check filter obstructions, pressure drops, flow rate differences, level, measurements.
These gauges are more sensitive than bourdon gauges. The bellows are made up of an alloy with high strength and ductility. Each bellow of the pressure Gauge can withstand the full static pressure without any damage or shifting being caused to the instrument. System pressure is applied to the internal volume of a bellows and mechanical linkage assembly.
Differential Pressure Gauge consists essentially of two opposing bourdon tubes, each having its own connection but operating a common pointer that shows the difference between the two pressures. These instruments are used to check filter Obstructions, pressure drops, flow rate differences, level, measurements.
