The 2-way valve manifold consists of 1 block valve and 1 drain or test valve. Connections are available in a variety of sizes and thread. Designed to combine isolation, calibration or test with venting of instruments in one compact assembly. The shut-off valve separates the process from measuring instruments such as pressure gauges, switches or transmitters.
The Three valve manifold consists of 2 block valve and 1 equalizer valve. It allows isolation of the transmitter from process loop. Two block valves provide instrument isolation, and one equalize valve is positioned between the high and low transmitter process connections to provide equal pressures on both sides.
Five valve manifold is used for differential pressure transmitter. The Five valve manifold consist of 2 block valve, 1 equalizer Valve, and 2 vent valve. One vent valve per pressure side allows operators the targeted venting of one or both pressure sides of the measuring arrangement.
Single block and bleed valves are used to achieve positive isolation when performing maintenance activities in a live process plant. Typically one block valve and a bleed valve are manufactured as a single assembly and this block and bleed valve manifold can be readily installed for isolation purpose.
Double block and bleed is the practice of shutting in a section of pipe on both sides of the valve rather than just one. It means close the ball valves to block both the upstream and downstream sides of your working area, and then bleed any pressure that remains in the piping and valve.
Designed as a new series of process instrument manifold for particular transmitter models. The coplanar manifold when assembled to transmitter has the advantage of compact size with ease for operation in minimum space, thereby eliminating several components in integrating the manifold to the transmitter. The coplanar manifold has two isolating valves, one equalizer valve and two vent valves and two bottom test ports.
